Brain Profiling (Learning Receptiveness Profiling) is a brain-based assessment tool for discovering how uniquely learners process information, how skilled they are at learning, in which mode they prefer to learn and think, which learning strengths they have and their intelligence preferences (natural talents).
This is a powerful tool to polish their unique talents and potential, and prepare them for a purposeful future.
Who is it for?
The Learning Receptiveness Profile is relevant for learners / students from Grade 4 to adult learners/students.
The following would essentially concern learners / students who undergo the Learning Receptiveness Profile:
“My child doesn’t know how to learn and I don’t know how to help him / her”
“My child learns perfectly well, but when writing exams or tests, he cannot perform”
“I don’t always fully understand my child’s behaviour”
“He / she never seems to be able to sit still and I can’t understand why…”
What information will I get from a Learning Receptiveness Profile?
The Learning Receptiveness Profile consists of an 18-page report that will elicit the following information:
Brain Fitness
Lateral Dominance – Left / Right hemisphere dominance
Expressive / Receptive Dominance
Quadrant Preference (i.e. How your child prefers to utilise his /her brain in everyday normal situations)
Rational / Emotional Preference
Genetic Brain and Sensory Dominance
Sensory Learning Preference (i.e. How your child prefers to learn)
The assessment is done at a time and place of your convenience and takes 30-45 minutes. After the assessment, the report is generated electronically after which a one-on-one consultation takes place with the parties involved. During the consultation, the report is discussed in detail including suggestions for further development.
